Quotes & Orders
Orders are saved in AShop Deluxe by one of two ways. Customers
either order online through the AShop Deluxe shopping cart catalog
or orders are entered by a sales operator through eMerchant.
Each order in eMerchant begins as a quote, which can be saved,
printed or emailed. After payment is processed, each quote is converted
to an order.
New orders that contain vendor related products will appear in
the open orders report.
A purchase order can be created from the open orders report and
sent by email or printed and faxed or mailed to the vendor. eMerchant
automatically creates a purchase order for each vendor who's products
are in each order.
